DJ Ehgo Logo

This was a logo design for a DJ by the persona DJ Ehgo. DJ Ehgo came to me with a need for a logo that not only matches his music style (80's Synthwave/Retro Electro), but be able to be used in a variety of ways and colors, as well illustrate his fondness of waffles. Like Eggo Waffles this DJ person deals with waffle and he wanted his logo to resemble waffles but be able to be used for other non-waffle related designs.

Process of creating a logo that is not only up to date, but also captures the music style of the DJ's inspiration the 80's, by using design concepts of Memphis Design and 80's Retro Miami, I was able to create two logo's similar yet different that could be used in multiple ways as the commissioner may choose so.

This is the logos in play in a motion graphics intro, DJ Egho wanted to use his favorite era the 80's in his work. So this motion graphic was designed to implicate the graphics and style of the 80's Miami look, as well feature old VCH effects and film intros of the time.
